Mac & Cheese
A favourite with old school macaroni elbows, a very cheesy cheese sauce, plenty of bacon and topped with cheesy crumbs. A crunchy raw veg salad would be excellent with this, or even some sauteed silverbeet (with a little lemon zest) on a cooler night.

Ingredients: macaroni elbows (durum wheat flour, tomato & spinach powder), Mainland cheese, wheat flour, butter, milk, mustard powder, bacon, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper
